Thermo Pine Cladding is a highly durable and dimensionally stable wood, known for its outstanding resistance to biological pests. Completely ecological, this wood undergoes a chemical-free thermal modification process, ensuring its sustainability. Available in a wide range of dimensions, Thermo Pine offers an affordable yet high-quality solution for cladding projects.

Thermo Pine Processing

The thermal modification process gives our thermo pine a rich, golden-brown colour while significantly enhancing its durability. Not only is our thermally modified pine eco-friendly, but the process is also entirely chemical-free, producing no harmful waste.

Through heat treatment, the natural properties of pine are greatly improved, resulting in Thermo Pine Decking and Thermowood Ash Decking with a longer lifespan, superior acoustic properties, and excellent dimensional stability. Additionally, Thermowood decking is lighter, minimizing potential installation and handling challenges.

Our Thermo wood is produced using the WTT method, which involves heat-treating the wood at 180°C for optimal results.
