Spruce, aspen, alder, thermal aspen, thermal alder and red cedar are suitable woods for sauna production. Sauna panelling must be able to withstand high temperature changes and high relative humidity in a very short period of time. Grade A wood is perfect for this. The Softline profile is also adapted to these changes, so that the sauna panels remain on the walls and ceilings without visible dimensional changes. The wood for saunas is not surface treated and is left natural.
