"AU-MEX Ltd., ID No.: 253 49 929, with registered office at Poděbradská 574/40, Prague 9, Vysočany, Postal Code 190 00 (hereinafter referred to as "AU-MEX"), is entitled to process your personal data in the following scope: name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone/fax number in connection with your advantage to obtain from it, in particular, a proposal of your plan and its implementation, professional advice on the selection of a suitable range of goods for this purpose, communication of the stock availability of goods together with an indication of the nearest possible stocking date.

This personal data is processed in accordance with the data protection legislation and will be stored by AU-MEX as controller for the 5 years necessary to fulfil the above purpose. The recipient of the processed data is AU-MEX Ltd.

AU-MEX is entitled to inform you about the goods, in particular about their stock availability and the next possible stocking date, to your e-mail address, with the proviso that you can cancel the sending of this commercial information at any time and thus opt out of the possibility of obtaining the aforementioned benefits associated with this communication, to the e-mail address of AU-MEX: osobniudaje@au-mex.cz.

As a personal data subject, you have all the rights arising from legal regulations, i.e. in particular, you are entitled to request access to your personal data, rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of their processing, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data, the right to the portability of processed data, the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time and you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection."

I consent AU-MEX Ltd., ID No.: 253 49 929, with registered office at Poděbradská 574/40, Prague 9, Vysočany, Postal Code 190 00 (hereinafter referred to as "AU-MEX") consent to the processing of my personal data, which I have freely and voluntarily given in connection with the possibility of obtaining benefits from it, consisting in particular in the design of a plan and its implementation, professional advice related to the selection of a suitable range of goods for this, communication of the stock availability of goods together with the indication of the nearest possible date of stocking its goods.
2. I provide personal data in accordance with the relevant legislation in the following scope: name, surname, residence, telephone, e-mail address.
3. I agree to the analysis of my purchase of goods and to the sending of commercial communications with information about the range of goods.
4. I consent my consent to AU-MEX to process my personal data for the above purposes for the duration of this benefit or until its revocation. The personal data will be processed by AU-MEX in electronic form by automated means or in printed form.

I am well aware that I am entitled to withdraw this consent at any time, to request access to my personal data, to object to the processing of my personal data, to request its correction, deletion or restriction of its processing. I am aware that I can exercise these rights via the email address: osobniudaje@au-mex.cz and that I have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
