Sales clerk - on-line order processing

Job description

  • Processing of orders received from the company's e-shops
    • Processing orders in the employer's company software, issuing delivery notes and shipping documents required for carriers
    • Issuing invoices
    • Checking payment of invoices before dispatch of goods, on-line payments, advance invoices
    • Submitting the necessary documents for distribution of goods to the warehouse
  • Direct contact with retail clients in the employer's sample room
    • Issuing documents for direct personal customer collection
  • Preparation of quotations and subsequent processing of orders
  • Provide online connection on employer's website (technical support) after employment

Requirements

  • education Secondary school education
  • orientation in the woodworking or construction industry and willingness to learn
  • Retail sales experience and ability to communicate with customers
  • Willingness and pleasant demeanor with an interest in satisfying customer requirements
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (primarily Outlook, Word and Excel)
